Thank you for choosing Kloud Kollective. We are based in London, United Kingdom, and are committed to delivering exceptional digital and physical services to our global community. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy outlines how we manage refunds, returns, and cancellations for all purchases made through our platforms, including both digital services and physical merchandise.


Digital Services – Strictly Non-Refundable

 

All purchases of digital services and products are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Access to private track ID libraries
  • Dropbox links and file archives
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Digital event passes
  • Online memberships
  • Exclusive content
  • Any digital files, music, or materials delivered electronically

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, once the content has been delivered, accessed, or activated, no refunds or cancellations will be issued.


Physical Services – Conditional Refunds

 

Refunds for physical services, such as in-person bookings, media coverage, or on-site support, may be considered under specific conditions. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed or described
  • You cancel a confirmed service booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled date

Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@kloudkollective.com with your full name, contact details, booking reference, and a description of the issue. Each request will be carefully reviewed.


Physical Merchandise – Return Policy

 

We accept returns on physical merchandise (such as apparel or accessories) under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date the order is delivered.
  • The product must be in unused, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt) must be included.
  • Products that are broken, used, worn, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping, customs, and handling fees.
  • All returns must be shipped back to our inventory location in London, UK.

To initiate a return, email support@kloudkollective.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

After inspection of the returned item, you will be notified if your refund has been approved or denied.


Refund Processing Timeline

 

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, credit card provider, international transaction policies, and regulations, refunds may take between 5–30 business days to appear in your account.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or international transfer delays.

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you do not see your refund after 30 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider regarding processing delays.
  3. If you still cannot locate your refund, contact us at support@kloudkollective.com for assistance.

Service Cancellations and Force Majeure

 

Kloud Kollective reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Event changes or venue cancellations
  • Government regulations or legal restrictions
  • Public health and safety measures
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling options, store credit, or alternative solutions depending on the situation.
