Thank you for shopping with Kloud Kollective. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage the processing, fulfillment, and delivery of physical merchandise purchased through our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms detailed below.
Shipping Provider
All physical orders placed with Kloud Kollective are shipped exclusively through DHL Express. We have chosen DHL as our official global logistics partner to ensure the fastest, most secure, and most reliable shipping experience for our customers worldwide. DHL provides advanced tracking, high service standards, and international delivery coverage across nearly all regions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, your order will be handed over to DHL for dispatch. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you along with your DHL tracking number.
If delays occur due to stock availability, high order volume, or external factors, we will notify you via email.
Delivery Times
DHL Express typically delivers within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. International shipments may face additional delays due to customs clearance procedures. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to regional restrictions.
Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally to most countries using DHL’s global logistics network. If you are unable to place an order from your country, or your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@kloudkollective.com for assistance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and destination country. All shipping fees are displayed before finalizing your order.
Important: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by DHL upon delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving this email for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we rely on DHL’s secure and insured delivery network, Kloud Kollective is not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered but not received. In such cases, we recommend contacting DHL directly using your tracking number. If further support is needed, you may also contact us at support@kloudkollective.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Kloud Kollective is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist.
Partial Deliveries
In rare cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. If this occurs, you will be notified and provided with separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some products may be offered as pre-orders or are made to order. These items will display extended processing and delivery timelines on the product page. Please allow additional time for shipping.
Digital Services and Access
No physical shipping is required for digital products or services, including memberships, track ID access, event promotion services, or media support. These services are delivered digitally via email or through platform access once payment is confirmed.
