At Kloud Kollective, we aim to provide flexible and transparent purchasing options for our global customers. This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, modifications, and purchase commitments. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Purchase Options

We offer a range of purchase options across our products and services, including:

  • One-Time Purchases: Physical merchandise, event passes, or digital products sold as single transactions.
  • Subscriptions & Memberships: Recurring access plans, memberships, or subscription-based digital services.
  • Pre-Orders: Products or services purchased in advance of availability, with extended processing timelines clearly stated on the product page.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom or limited-edition products produced specifically for your order.

Cancellation Policy – Digital Products

All purchases of digital products and services are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered, accessed, or activated. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Track ID libraries and digital music archives
  • Dropbox or cloud-access links
  • Memberships and subscriptions
  • Digital event passes
  • Promotional campaigns and digital content

Due to the nature of digital goods, cancellation rights do not apply after purchase.

Cancellation Policy – Physical Merchandise

Customers may request a cancellation of a physical merchandise order if the request is made before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must instead follow our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom-made or pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Cancellation Policy – Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Subscriptions and memberships may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@kloudkollective.com.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided for unused periods.
  • Once cancelled, your access to subscription-based services will end on the final day of your active subscription period.

Cancellation Policy – Services & Bookings

For physical services such as media coverage, event support, or in-person bookings:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • Force majeure circumstances (such as event cancellations, extreme weather, or government restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in rescheduling or credit.

Refund Processing Timeline

If your cancellation is approved and eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary by region, bank, and international transfer regulations.
  • Please allow 5–30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and local regulations.

International Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with internationally recognized consumer rights and cancellation standards, including:

  • European Union Consumer Rights Directive
  • United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
  • Brazil’s LGPD, Canada’s PIPEDA, Australia’s Consumer Law, and other applicable frameworks worldwide
